A Judge Shut Down A Request From Wendy Williams’ Ex Kevin Hunter To Resume Alimony Payments

It seems like Wendy Williamscheating ex-husband, Kevin Hunter, is gonna have to get a gig for once in his life that doesn’t involve living off of his wife’s career or wealth, as a judge has just dismissed his request for Wendy to restart alimony payments she allegedly stopped last year.  And since Wendy’s show is over, Kevin should be focusing on advancing his own career–AKA seducing Sherri Shepherd since she’s the one collecting talk show paychecks these days.

So according to Kevin’s legal filing, Wendy stopped paying alimony to him in February 2022. RadarOnline says that in November, Kevin filed a request to start up alimony payments again, saying that he’s broke and can’t pay his bills. Well, February to November is eight whole months, so he could’ve gotten a job. Instead, he came for Wendy’s money, recently filing more documents saying he had homeowner association payments and could get foreclosed on. He said that without Wendy’s money, he wouldn’t be able to sustain his day-to-day living.

Wendy’s lawyer fired back that actually she stopped paying Kevin in October 2021 because her contract was suspended and she wasn’t getting paid either. Her team said that Kevin “understood and agreed” that “all Severance Payment shall be subject to either termination or modification” if Wendy’s contract was “not renewed and/or otherwise suspended, canceled or terminated.” And, as we know, she’s no longer on TV, and Sherri has her spot, so Kevin can’t get paid when there’s nothing to pay him. A judge has now come to a decision on the matter and basically told Kevin to kick rocks:

In a surprising development to come weeks after Wendy’s ex claimed he is “broke” and “cannot pay his bills,” a New Jersey judge found Kevin’s demands were “not emergent” and ordered the recent application “to be dismissed without prejudice.”

The judge also reportedly denied Wendy’s ex-husband’s request for the former Wendy Williams Show host to pay his attorney fees.

But luckily for Kevin, the dismissal is “without prejudice,” which means he can file again; though the judge told them to go to mediation instead of coming back to court:

“The parties are to participate in binding arbitration,” the judge said this week. “The issues surrounding the severance payments, and the [Qualified Domestic Relations Order] are disputed and therefore need to be mediated.”

Wendy may not be paying Kevin because she’s not on TV anymore, but last year, she did tease that she was working on a podcast. Although, that podcast hasn’t come out yet. Speaking of podcasts, maybe Kevin should get into the gig himself. It can make a lot of money (if you actually produce content). I mean, now that Andrew Tate is in jail and being investigated for sex trafficking, the horrible men of the world need a new ain’t-shit loser to listen to, and I don’t know–when I think “ain’t-shit loser,” I think of Kevin Hunter.
